## How it works

1. **Attacks and medication** (Log): Intensity 1–10, aura, pain location, symptoms, triggers, medication and dose.
2. **Sleep, water, meals** (Context): Daily context recorded on good days too, so comparisons mean something.
3. **Pressure you can see** (Weather): Current pressure, recent change and forecast, with alerts you choose.
4. **For your appointment** (Report): Calendar, timeline and reports your doctor can read quickly.
