# Littero Terms of Use

**The short version.** Using Littero means accepting these terms and Apple's standard EULA. Subscriptions renew through your Apple Account until you cancel them in Settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds go through Apple.

## 1. Agreement

- These terms are an agreement between you and Lucernel LLC for your use of Littero. By downloading or using the app you accept them.
- Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. Where the two differ, these terms add to it for Littero.

## 2. The app

Littero is an iPhone app for breeding records for dog breeders: cycles, pregnancies, litters and puppies. Features may change as the app is updated.

## 3. License

Lucernel gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules.

## 4. Subscriptions and purchases

- Littero Pro is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore Purchases in the app brings back what you bought on another device with the same Apple Account.

## 5. Refunds

- Purchases are processed by Apple, not by Lucernel.
- To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

## 6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not break the law with it, try to get around its protections or payments, copy or resell it, or interfere with its services.

## 7. Your records

What you record in Littero is yours. Lucernel claims no ownership of it and cannot read it.

## 8. Estimates, not a diagnosis

- Dates are estimates shown as ranges with their uncertainty. They are not a veterinary diagnosis: decisions about breeding, pregnancy and whelping belong with your veterinarian.

## 9. Third-party services

- Apple App Store.
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit (optional).
- RevenueCat.
- PostHog.
- Those services follow their own terms. Lucernel is not responsible for their availability.

## 10. Apple

- These terms are between you and Lucernel, not Apple. Lucernel, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. For support, write to support@lucernel.com.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Lucernel, not Apple, handles any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

## 11. Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes too. We may stop offering the app; if that happens, we will tell you in advance where possible.

## 12. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. Lucernel does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or right for every situation.

## 13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lucernel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

## 14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Lucernel LLC is organized, and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply.
