1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Lucernel Studio, a social media management and scheduling web application operated by Lucernel.

2. Service description

  • Lucernel Studio helps users connect social accounts, schedule posts, and manage publishing workflows from one dashboard.
  • Lucernel Studio may support integrations such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social platforms where approved.
  • Lucernel Studio features may change as platform APIs, approval status, and product requirements change.

3. Accounts and authorization

  • Users authenticate their own social accounts through official OAuth flows.
  • Users are responsible for the accounts they connect, the permissions they grant, and the content they submit for scheduling or publishing.
  • Users may not connect accounts, submit content, or trigger publishing actions they are not authorized to manage.

4. Platform rules

  • Users must follow each connected platform's terms, privacy policy, developer policy, content policy, and API rules.
  • Lucernel Studio may refuse, pause, remove, or restrict content or account access that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, spammy, unsafe, or incompatible with platform requirements.
  • Connected platforms may reject content, revoke access, change APIs, enforce limits, or remove features outside Lucernel's control.

5. Content and publishing responsibility

  • Users are responsible for reviewing posts, captions, media, schedules, metadata, and publishing instructions before they are submitted.
  • Lucernel Studio is not responsible for platform decisions, audience response, account penalties, content moderation outcomes, or missed publishing caused by third-party platform changes or outages.

6. Prohibited use

  • Do not use Lucernel Studio to spam, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, evade platform rules, collect data unlawfully, bypass access controls, or publish illegal or harmful content.
  • Do not abuse APIs, exceed platform limits, interfere with service security, or attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

  • Lucernel Studio is provided as is and as available.
  • Lucernel does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific growth results, platform availability, or continued availability of any third-party API.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucernel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Lucernel Studio.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
