## Troubleshooting

1. Update Renounce and iOS to the latest versions, then open the app again.
2. If something that needs Screen Time does not work (to guard the apps you choose with a prayer pause), check Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access.
3. If something that needs Notifications does not work (for prayer and mission reminders), check Settings → Notifications → Renounce.
4. If Renounce Pro is missing, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
5. Still stuck? Write to support@lucernel.com with your device model, iOS version, app version and what you were doing. Never send passwords.

## Subscriptions and refunds

- Renounce Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Plans, prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
- Manage or cancel in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

## Delete your data

- Delete records inside the app, or delete the app to remove its data from this iPhone.
- If iCloud sync is on, remove the synced copy in Settings → your name → iCloud → Storage → Renounce.
- For analytics, purchase or support records held by our providers, write to privacy@lucernel.com. We answer within 30 days.
