Include your device model, iOS version and what happened. Never send passwords.
Troubleshooting
- Update Trotley and iOS to the latest versions, then open the app again.
- If something that needs Photos does not work (to add photos and documents you choose), check Settings → Apps → Trotley → Photos.
- If something that needs Notifications does not work (for care that is due), check Settings → Notifications → Trotley.
- If Trotley is missing, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
- Still stuck? Write to [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version and what you were doing. Never send passwords.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Trotley is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
- Manage or cancel in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data
- Delete records inside the app, or delete the app to remove its data from this iPhone.
- If iCloud sync is on, remove the synced copy in Settings → your name → iCloud → Storage → Trotley.
- For analytics, purchase or support records held by our providers, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
