A meal, symptom and low-FODMAP protocol journal for iPhone: log meals and check-ins, follow elimination and reintroduction, and bring a clear report to your clinician.

What Gutli does.

Records and patterns, not a diagnosis.

Gutli: Program screen
  1. Elimination, reintroduction and maintenance, with transitions you control.

  2. Meals, symptoms and reintroduction on one timeline and a calendar.

  3. Save meals and recipes you eat often, and find foods in the library.

  4. Meals and symptoms never go to iCloud; an exported backup moves them to a new iPhone.

Gutli at a glance.

  • Food and symptom diary. Find the foods behind bad days: weekly symptom severity and an early signal for garlic.
  • Low FODMAP, one step at a time. The reintroduction program and the record of each food you tested.
  • Log meals and how you feel. Today’s meal with its portions, and pain and bloating scored out of 10.
  • Check any food’s FODMAP groups. The food library, with the groups each food belongs to.
  • See how your gut is doing. Symptom severity across the month and the patterns behind each food.
  • Meals and check-ins, at a glance. Home Screen widgets and the meal you are watching on the Lock Screen.

How Gutli works.

Gutli makes the daily part of a low-FODMAP protocol quick: log what you ate and how you felt, move through elimination and reintroduction when you decide to, and see patterns with their confidence. It records; it does not diagnose.

  1. Log

    Meals with portions

Time, ingredients, grams, notes and an optional photo, with a low/moderate/high portion reference.

  2. Check in

    How you feel

Pain, bloating, nausea, energy and bowel check-ins with the Bristol Stool Chart.

  3. Reintroduce

    One group at a time

Record food, dose, duration and response for each FODMAP group.

  4. Report

    For your appointment

Weekly and monthly summaries and a clinician-ready PDF or CSV.

What stays yours.
